\nCHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
\nCheck in, after 2pm
\nCheck out, before 11am<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS
\nA 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
\nAll balances are due at least 14 days prior to arrival.
\nNon-payment of any balance constitutes a cancellation.
\nRates are subject to change without prior notice.
\nRates quoted are subject to availability.
\nAll extra service costs are to be settled prior to departure.<\/div>\n

CANCELLATIONS
\nDeposits required to confirm and hold booking.
\nCancellation less than 14 days forfeits the full rental (at our discretion and dependent on circumstance)
\nCancellation less than 28 days forfeit the full deposit.
\nCancellation 28-34 days forfeit 75% of the deposit
\nCancellation 35-41 days forfeit 50% of the deposit
\nCancellation 42-50 days forfeit 25% of the deposit<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
INSPECTIONS AND VIEWINGS
\nAtlantic Marina shall have the right to inspect the interior of the Premises, by
\nreasonable prior notice.
\nThe Guest shall permit viewings of the Premises at all reasonable times and by
\nreasonable prior notice.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW
\nThe Guest shall not commit or allow on the Premises any act in contravention
\nof any applicable laws or regulations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
INSURANCE
\nThe Guest shall not do anything that may void the property owner\u2019s insurance
\nin respect of the Premises and hereby indemnifies Atlantic Marina and the
\nproperty owner against any and all such uninsured risks and damages
\nhowsoever caused during the Guest\u2019s occupancy of the Premises.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
NUISANCE
\nThe Guest undertakes not to cause any nuisance to neighbouring occupants
\nand agrees that immediate eviction from the Premises may be otherwise
\nenforced by the owner\/agent at the Guest\u2019s expense.<\/div>\n
BREACH, APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND LEGAL COSTS
\nIn the event of the Guest failing to pay the rental due hereunder on the due
\ndate thereof, or commit a breach of any of these terms and conditions, Atlantic
\nMarina shall have the right to give written notice to The Client requiring him to
\npay the rental or remedy such breach, as the case may be, within a reasonable
\ntime, where after Atlantic Marina shall have the right to terminate the
\noccupancy of the Premises by the Guest and to retake possession of the
\nPremises without prejudice to any claim which Atlantic Marina or the property
\nowner may have for rent and\/or damages The Guest hereby consents to the
\njurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Cape Town. The laws of South Africa
\ngovern this occupancy agreement. The Guest shall be liable for Atlantic
\nMarina\u2019s legal costs on a scale as between attorney and own client in the event
\nthat Atlantic Marina has to take legal action to enforce the Guest\u2019s obligations
\nhereunder.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
USE
\nThe Guest hereby undertakes and agrees that the Premises shall be occupied
\nsolely and exclusively as a self-catering holiday residence and that no business
\nor profession shall be conducted therein. The Guest shall not allow the
\nPremises or any portion thereof to be used or occupied by any person other
\nthan the persons named on this form.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
BREAKAGES
\nThe Guest agrees that he will be liable for all damage to any part of the
\nPremises or its contents howsoever caused during this occupancy.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
VACATION OF PREMISES
\nThe Guest undertakes that on the termination of his occupancy, he will vacate
\nthe Premises and deliver it to Atlantic Marina in a proper condition and in the
\nsame good order as received at the commencement of his occupancy.<\/div>\n
LIMITATION OF ATLANTIC MARINA\u2019S LIABILITY
\nAtlantic Marina shall not be liable for any injury, damages or inconvenience to
\nthe Guest, members of his family, his employees, servants or visitors
\nhowsoever caused.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
OCCUPANCY DURING DISPUTE
\nIn the event of Atlantic Marina canceling this lease and the Guest disputing
\nAtlantic Marina\u2019s right to cancel and remaining in occupation of the Premises,
\nthe Guest shall, pending settlement of such dispute either by negotiation or
\nlitigation continue to pay rental provided for in this occupancy agreement and
\nAtlantic Marina shall be entitled to accept and recover such payments and the
\nacceptance thereof shall be without prejudice to and shall not in any way
\nwhatsoever effect Atlantic Marina\u2019s claim for cancellation then in dispute.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
PARTIES \/ CELEBRATIONS
\nNo parties or celebrations are permitted on, within or surrounding the Premises
\nwithout Atlantic Marina\u2019s prior written consent.<\/div>\n

SALE OF PROPERTY
\nThe Guest agrees that Atlantic Marina CC is a managing agent, and represents
\nthe owner of the Premises. In the event of the Premises being sold before the
\nGuest is to occupy the property, or while the Guest is in occupation of the
\nPremises, Atlantic Marina will either move the guest to a property of equal
\nstandard, if available, or be entitled to terminate the Guest’s occupancy
\nprovided that the Guest shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of rental paid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
